
Three hours, west-coast light, a glass in hand.
The Day
We leave at four and head north along the coast as the light turns. Canapés come out at five — local tuna, grilled pineapple, plantain crisps. The sun goes into the water at six and we make our way back along the gold-lit shoreline. It's the cruise we'd run for ourselves on a Friday night.
